1. Applicable Market
This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made and shipped within the United States. We do not currently accept returns or process refunds for international orders.
2. Types of Returns
We categorize returns into two main types:
A. Returns & Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Error)
We take great care in fulfilling your order, but sometimes errors happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we are here to make it right.

Found to be defective upon arrival or within a reasonable inspection period.

Return Window: You must report the issue and initiate a return request within 90 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items: For damaged/defective items, please do not attempt to repair them. Return them in the condition they were received. For incorrect items, they should be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached (if applicable).

Return Shipping Cost: Free ($0) return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
B. General Returns (Customer Responsibility for Shipping)
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than our error (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size chosen by customer), you may do so under the following conditions:

Eligibility: This policy applies to T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, and Mugs.

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 90 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if applicable). Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Method: Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) deliveries. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and retaining your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
3. Refunds

Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Timing: Once initiated by Giftsbluez, please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
4. Restocking Fee

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns, whether they are due to our error or general returns.

While our policy is broad, please note that this policy specifically covers T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, and Mugs. Any other products that may be introduced in the future might have different return conditions, which will be clearly stated on their respective product pages or a separate policy.
